Andrés Ucrós


Andrés is a lawyer and political scientist from Universidad de los Andes. His practice focuses on regulatory strategy, infrastructure and sustainability (ESG).

He has provided legal advice to domestic and foreign companies, public entities and international cooperation actors in the implementation of legal strategies for the mitigation of legal risk and the adoption of due diligence and sustainability standards.

He was an associate lawyer of PPU and Arrieta Mantilla & Asociados, as well as Legal Advisor to the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace of the Government of Colombia during the peace process with the FARC-EP, Director of Public-Private Articulation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and Director of Regional Integration at USAID Colombia. Andrés holds a specialization in international law and foreign investment and achieved an LLM at the London School of Economics as a Chevening Scholar.
